Registration will open March 8th and continue until April 12th or until sold out.  Space is limited. In person registration will be available at The Mill on various Sundays during March and April.

The cost for the retreat is $207 and is due at the time of registration.  This includes all meals, housing accommodations in Historic Cape Charles, all classes and one activity of your choice. This can be paid online during registration by using PayPal. If you need to pay by cash or check you need to register online and then pay in person at The Mill on March 8th,15th, 22nd, 29th or April 5th. You will not be officially registered until you pay and your spot is not being held after you register online with the cash/check option. Please also be aware that should the retreat sell out prior to any of those dates, in-person registration may not be available.

Once you have registered for the retreat we will contact you with information about how to set up your online retreat attendee account. You will then have access to a members only page where you can view more detailed information about the retreat, make your room & bed selection, book your activities and much more!

Scholarships:

We have a limited number of partial and full scholarships available. If you would like to attend the retreat, but are in need of a partial or full scholarship click on the "Register Now" button and select the scholarship option.  These are reserved for women who are in need of financial help and are issued on a first come first served basis. Also, if you have been the recipient of a scholarship in recent years and we have women on the waiting list that have never had the opportunity to attend a CG Women's retreat they will be given first priority.

Things to know:

• Your registration fee does not include transportation.  Please note that there is a $14 toll (each way) to use the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to access the Eastern Shore.

• If you need to carpool feel free to post on our retreat Facebook page to find others to ride with.

• The retreat begins on Friday, May 1st at 5:30pm and ends on Sunday, May 3rd at 12:30pm. The retreat housing is available for attendees to extend their stay by 1 night and leave at 9 am on Monday, May 4th. If you wish to stay past the conclusion of the retreat to enjoy Cape Charles a little longer, please let us know by checking the appropriate box on your registrations form.

• Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate dietary needs for every meal. A detailed menu will be provided to all attendees prior to the retreat. Everyone is welcome to bring food for personal consumption that can be stored in the kitchen of the house they are staying in.
